Overview

Restfull is built by Levare Digital LLC. We take your privacy seriously — especially because the information you store in Restfull is personal: your family, your schedule, your faith, your home. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

By using the Restfull app or website, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account and use the app:

• Account information — your name and email address
• Household data — tasks, reminders, meal plans, grocery lists, backstock items, bills, and other content you create in the app
• Grace interactions — the text you submit to Grace and the responses generated
• Calendar data — events synced from Apple Calendar if you grant permission
• Contacts — contact information accessed from Apple Contacts if you grant permission
• Reminders — tasks synced with Apple Reminders if you grant permission

We also collect limited technical data automatically, including device type, operating system version, app version, and crash reports. This information helps us diagnose issues and improve the app.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to provide and improve Restfull. Specifically:

• To operate the app and sync your data across devices
• To power Grace's AI responses using the context you provide
• To send you emails you request, such as the Weekly Brief to your partner
• To diagnose technical issues and improve app performance
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, or beta program

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to serve you advertisements.

Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party AI Processing

Restfull's AI companion, Grace, is powered by Anthropic's Claude API, a third-party artificial intelligence service. This section explains exactly what data is shared, why, and how, in compliance with Apple App Store Guidelines (section 5.1.2(i)) and applicable privacy regulations.

What is sent to Anthropic: When you interact with Grace — including Smart Capture, Decision Helper, Grace's Brief, Guided Prayer, Morning Quiet Time reflections, and meal plan generation — the text you submit is transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate a response. This may include tasks, notes, grocery items, or other content you type into the app.

What is not sent: Your Apple Calendar events, Contacts, and Reminders are stored locally and used to give Grace context within the app. Raw calendar or contact data is not transmitted to Anthropic unless you directly reference it in a message to Grace.

Purpose: Your input is sent to Anthropic solely to generate Grace's responses. It is not used to train Anthropic's models, sold to third parties, or used for advertising.

Anthropic's privacy practices: Data processed by the Anthropic API is subject to Anthropic's own privacy policy, available at anthropic.com/legal/privacy. We encourage you to review it.

Your consent: By using Grace or any AI-powered feature in Restfull, you acknowledge and consent to your input being transmitted to Anthropic for processing. You will be asked to provide explicit consent the first time you use a Grace feature within the app. You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of Grace features. Core app functionality — tasks, calendar, meals, and Remember — remains available without using Grace.

Third-Party Services

Restfull uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — our backend database and authentication provider. Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
• Anthropic — the AI provider that powers Grace. Text you submit to Grace is processed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing.
• Apple — Calendar, Contacts, Reminders, and Siri integrations are governed by Apple's privacy policy. We only access these services with your explicit permission.
• Instacart — if you use the Send to Instacart feature, your grocery list is shared with Instacart. Instacart's privacy policy applies.

We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase's secure cloud infrastructure. We use row-level security and encrypted connections to protect your information in transit and at rest.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

Restfull is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in-app notice.
