Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Restfull mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Levare Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading the app, creating an account, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Who Can Use Restfull

You must be at least 13 years old to use Restfull. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Restfull is designed for personal household and family management use. Use of the Service for commercial resale or redistribution is not permitted.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that violate these Terms.

Beta Program Terms

As a beta tester, you understand and agree to the following:

• The app is pre-release software and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
• Features available in beta may be modified, removed, or replaced in the final release.
• Beta access may be granted or revoked at our discretion at any time.
• We may ask for your feedback. Any feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without any obligation to compensate you.
• You agree not to publicly share detailed screenshots, videos, or descriptions of unreleased features without our permission.
• Data created during the beta period may not carry over to the final release. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance if this is the case.

Beta access codes (including App Store Offer Codes) are for your personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Restfull only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the Service to store, transmit, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity in connection with your use of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems

AI Features and Grace

Restfull includes AI-powered features through our companion Grace, powered by Anthropic's Claude API. By using Grace or any AI feature, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. Grace is a helpful tool, not a substitute for professional advice.
• You should not rely on Grace for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.
• Your inputs are transmitted to Anthropic for processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on Grace's suggestions.

Grace's faith-based content, including Scripture, reflections, and guided prayer, is offered for personal spiritual enrichment only and does not represent theological instruction or pastoral counsel.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload in Restfull — your tasks, notes, meal plans, grocery lists, and anything else you add. By using the Service, you grant Levare Digital LLC a limited license to store and display your content solely as needed to operate the Service on your behalf.

We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your personal content to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you add to Restfull does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.

Subscriptions and Payments

Restfull offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All payments, billing disputes, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple and governed by Apple's terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

During the beta period, access may be provided free of charge via App Store Offer Codes. Beta access does not guarantee any particular pricing or features in the final release.

Intellectual Property

The Restfull app, website, logo, wordmark, design, and all content we create — including Grace's persona, the Be Still content, and all original copy — are the property of Levare Digital LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Restfull is provided "as is" and "as available," particularly during the beta period. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levare Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may stop using Restfull and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that forum.
